Hadith #40656
وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ رأى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم علي ثوبين معصفرين فقال‏:‏ ‏"‏أمك أمرتك بهذا‏؟‏‏"‏ قلت‏:‏ أغسلهما‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏"‏بل احرقهما‏"‏‏.‏ وفي رواية فقال‏:‏ ‏"‏إن هذا من ثياب الكفار فلا تلبسها‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, saw two yellow garments on me and said: “Your mother ordered you to do this?” I said: Should I wash them? He said: “Rather, burn them.” In a narration, he said: “This is one of the clothes of the infidels, so do not wear it” ((Narrated by Muslim)).
