Abu 'Abd al-Rahman 'Auf bin Malik (RA)
On the authority of Abu Abd al-Rahman bin Awf bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, prayed for me at a funeral, so I memorized his supplication as he said: “O God, forgive him, have mercy on him, keep him well, pardon him, honor his abode, widen his entrance, wash him with water, ice, and cold, and purify him of sins, just as you purify a white garment of filth, and replace it with a better home than its home, and a better welcome.” From his family, and a better husband than his wife, and let him in Paradise, and protect him from the torment of the grave and from the torment of the Fire until he wished that I was that dead person. ((Narrated by Muslim)).

Abu Hurayrah, Abu Qatada, and Abu Ibrahim al-Ashhali, under the authority of his father - and his father was a companion - Allah may be pleased with them, under the authority of the Prophet, the blessings of Allah and peace, and the peace of God, and the peace of Allah, and that he prayed on a funeral and said: "O our old man, our dead and alive and our Lord." Our women, our witnesses and our absent, oh God, or deprive us of his reward and do not test us after that." (narrated by Al-Tirmidhi) from the descriptions of Abu Hurayrah and Abu Hurayrah and Al-Ashhali, and it is narrated from the description of Abu Dawood Abu Hurayrah and Abu Qatada. Al-Hakim said: Abu Hurayrah is the hadith of Al-Bukhari and the Muslim according to the conditions of Al-Bukhari. Al-Tirmidhi said: Al-Bukhari says: The most accurate description of this hadith is the description of Al-Ashhali. Al-Bukhari: The most reliable thing in this regard is the hadith of Awf bin Malik.

And on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, may God bless him and grant him peace, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the funeral prayer: “O God, you are its Lord, you created it, you guided it to Islam, you took its soul, and you know its secrets and its openness, we have come to you as intercessors for him, so forgive him” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud)).

On the authority of Wathilah bin Al-Asqa’, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, led us in prayer over a Muslim man, so I heard him say: “O God, so-and-so, the son of so-and-so, is under your protection and your protection. He has understood the temptation of the grave and the torment of the Fire, and you are worthy of loyalty and praise. O God, forgive him and have mercy on him. Indeed, you are the Forgiving, the Merciful” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud)).

On the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Awfi, may God be pleased with them both, that he said four times “Allahu Akbar” at the funeral of his daughter, so he stood up after the fourth, as much as between the two “Allahu Akbar,” asking for forgiveness for her and praying for her, then he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to do this. And in a narration: He said “Allahu Akbar” four times, and he stayed for an hour until I thought he would say “Allahu Akbar” five times, then he said to his right and to his left. When he left, we said to him: What is this? He said: I will not tell you more about what I saw The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did, or: This is what the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did ((Narrated by Al-Hakim and said: an authentic hadith)).

On the authority of Husayn ibn Wahooh, may God be pleased with him, that Talha ibn al-Baraa, may God be pleased with him, fell ill, so the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, came to him and may God’s peace and blessings be upon him, to visit him and said: I do not see Talha except that death has occurred in him, so they harmed me and hastened him, for the corpse of a Muslim should not be imprisoned in the presence of his family” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud)).
