Hadith #44743
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يُعَذَّبُ الْمَيِّتُ بِبُكَاءِ أَهْلِهِ عَلَيْهِ.
Yahya told us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah, Nafi’ told me, on the authority of Ibn Omar, on the authority of Omar, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said he would be tortured The dead with his family crying over him.
