Musnad Ahmad — Hadith #44797

Yazid told us, Asim bin Muhammad told us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ibn Omar, on the authority of Omar, may God be pleased with him. He said, “I do not know it except that he narrated it.” He said God, Blessed and Most High, says: Whoever humbles himself in this way before me and starts to raise the inside of his hand to the ground and the one closest to the ground, I will raise him up like this. He placed the palm of his hand toward the sky and raised it toward the sky.
