Hadith #44798
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَنْبَأَنَا دَيْلَمُ بْنُ غَزْوَانَ الْعَبْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَيْمُونٌ الْكُرْدِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ، قَالَ إِنِّي لَجَالِسٌ تَحْتَ مِنْبَرِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ أَخْوَفَ مَا أَخَافُ عَلَى هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ كُلُّ مُنَافِقٍ عَلِيمِ اللِّسَانِ.
Yazid told us, Daylam bin Ghazwan Al-Abdi told us, Maymun Al-Kurdi told us, on the authority of Abu Uthman Al-Nahdi, he said, “I am sitting under The pulpit of Omar, may God be pleased with him, while he was addressing the people. He said in his sermon: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: The thing I fear most for this nation is every hypocrite who knows his tongue.
