حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالدَّيْنِ قَبْلَ الْوَصِيَّةِ وَأَنْتُمْ تَقْرَءُونَ {مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصَى بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ} وَإِنَّ أَعْيَانَ بَنِي الْأُمِّ يَتَوَارَثُونَ دُونَ بَنِي الْعَلَّاتِ.
Waki` narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, who said that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, decided By debt before the will, and you read {after a bequeathed bequest or a debt} and that the notables of the mother’s children inherit from Without the children of Al-Alat.
