Hadith #45580
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْجَزَّارِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ قَاعِدًا يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ عَلَى فُرْضَةٍ مِنْ فُرَضِ الْخَنْدَقِ فَقَالَ شَغَلُونَا عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى حَتَّى غَابَتْ الشَّمْسُ مَلَأَ اللَّهُ بُطُونَهُمْ وَبُيُوتَهُمْ نَارًا.
Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi told us, on the authority of Shu`bah, on the authority of al-Hakam, on the authority of Yahya ibn al-Jazzar, on the authority of Ali, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace On the day of the ditch, he was sitting on a part of the part of the ditch, and he said, “We have been distracted from the middle prayer until the sun has set.” May God bless you. Their bellies and their houses are fire
