حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي الْحُسَامِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ عَادَ مَرِيضًا مَشَى فِي خِرَافِ الْجَنَّةِ فَإِذَا جَلَسَ عِنْدَهُ اسْتَنْقَعَ فِي الرَّحْمَةِ فَإِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ وُكِّلَ بِهِ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ.
Abdullah told us, Muhammad bin Abi Bakr Al-Muqaddami told us, Sa’id bin Salamah, meaning Ibn Abi Al-Hussam, told us, Muslim bin Abi told us Maryam, on the authority of a man from the Ansar, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Whoever visits a sick person He walked among the sheep of Paradise, and when he sat with them, he bathed in mercy, and when he left from him, seventy thousand angels were appointed over him, seeking forgiveness for him.
