Abdullah told us, Al-Abbas bin Al-Walid told me, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Asim bin Damra, he said: Ali was asked May God be pleased with him, regarding the prayer of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said: He used to pray sixteen rak’ahs at night.
