حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَفَوْتُ لَكُمْ عَنْ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ فَأَدُّوا صَدَقَةَ الرِّقَةِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمًا وَلَيْسَ فِي تِسْعِينَ وَمِائَةٍ شَيْءٌ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَتَيْنِ فَفِيهَا خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ.
Abdullah narrated to us, Al-Abbas bin Al-Walid Al-Narsi narrated to me, Abu Awanah narrated to us, Abu Ishaq narrated to us, on the authority of Asim bin Damra, on the authority of Ali, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: I have pardoned you for the horses and the slaves, so pay the al-Raqqa zakat from all Forty dirhams is a dirham, but there is nothing in it for one hundred and ninety dirhams. If it reaches two hundred, then there are five dirhams in it.
