Hadith #45858
Ismail told us, Ayyub told us, on the authority of Al-Hasan, he said: A man said to Al-Zubayr, “Shall I not kill Ali for you?” He said: “How can you kill him?” He said: “Should I kill him?” He said: No, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Faith is subject to lethality. It cannot kill a believer.”
