Riyad as-Salihin — Hadith #45888
Hadith #45888
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, that he was pushed with the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, on the Day of Arafat, and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, heard behind him severe rebuke, beating, and the sound of camels, so he pointed with his whip at them and said: “O people, be calm, for righteousness does not mean neglect” ((Narrated by Al-Bukhari, and some of it was narrated by Muslim)).
