Hadith #46615
وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ “لا تتلقوا الركبان، ولا يبع حاضر لباد‏"‏ فقال له طاوس‏:‏ ما قوله‏:‏ لا بيع حاضر لباد‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ لا يكون له سمسارًا‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Do not take possession of the riders, and do not sell a live-in land.” Tawus said to him: What is his saying: There is no sale to a green land? He said: He should not have a broker. ((Agreed upon)).
