Hadith #46813
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ‏:‏ لاَ تُكْثِرُوا الضَّحِكَ، فَإِنَّ كَثْرَةَ الضَّحِكِ تُمِيتُ الْقَلْبَ‏.‏
Muhammad bin Bashar narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr al-Hanafi narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Hamid bin Ja’far narrated to us, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Abd God, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: Do not laugh too much, for too much laughter kills the heart.
