حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبُ بْنُ الشَّهِيدِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مِجْلَزٍ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ مُعَاوِيَةَ خَرَجَ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَامِرٍ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ قُعُودٌ، فَقَامَ ابْنُ عَامِرٍ، وَقَعَدَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، وَكَانَ أَرْزَنَهُمَا، قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَمْثُلَ لَهُ عِبَادُ اللهِ قِيَامًا، فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بَيْتًا مِنَ النَّارِ.
Adam told us, he said: Shu`bah told us, and Hajjaj told us, he said: Hammad told us, he said: Habib bin Al-Shahid told us, he said: I heard Abu Majliz says: Muawiyah went out, and Abdullah bin Amir and Abdullah bin Al-Zubayr were sitting, so Ibn Amir stood up, and Ibn Amir sat. Al-Zubair, and he was the most important of them. Muawiyah said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Whoever is pleased for the servants of God to appear to him in standing, let him settle in a house of Fire...
