حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْمِقْدَادِ بْنِ الأَسْوَدِ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَجِيءُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ، فَيُسَلِّمُ تَسْلِيمًا لاَ يُوقِظُ نَائِمًا، وَيُسْمِعُ الْيَقْظَانَ.
Musa bin Ismail narrated to us, he said: Sulayman bin Al-Mughirah narrated to us, he said: Thabit narrated to us, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Laila, on the authority of Al-Miqdad bin Al-Aswad said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, would come at night and greet him in a way that would not wake someone sleeping, and he would listen to Al-Yaqzan
