حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: لَوْ اطَّلَعَ رَجُلٌ فِي بَيْتِكَ، فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ، مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ.
Abu al-Yaman told us, he said: Shuaib told us, he said: Abu al-Zinad told us, on the authority of al-Araj, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: If a man came into your house and you hit him with a pebble and gouged out his eye, you would not be blamed.
