وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يُقَالُ لِصَاحِبِ الْقُرْآنِ: اقْرَأْ وَارَتْقِ وَرَتِّلْ كَمَا كُنْتَ تُرَتِّلُ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَإِنَّ مَنْزِلَكَ عِنْدَ آخِرِ آيَة تقرؤها ". رَوَاهُ أَحْمد وَالتِّرْمِذِيّ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “It will be said to the one who recited the Qur’an: Read, ascend, and recite as you recited in this world, for your final destination is at the last verse you recite.” Narrated by Ahmad, Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, and Al-Nasa’i.
