On the authority of Abu Shurayh Al-Adawi that he said to Amr bin Saeed while he was sending an envoy to Mecca: Allow me, O prince, to tell you something he made. If anyone takes permission to fight the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, therein, then say: To him: Indeed, God has given permission to His Messenger, but He has not given permission to His Messenger, nor has He given permission to you. Rather, He has given me permission for it for an hour during the day, and its sanctity has been restored today. “It was as sacred as it was yesterday, and let the witness inform the absent person.” Then it was said to Abu Shurayh: What did Amr tell you? He said: He said: I know that better than you, oh Abba It is clear that the Sanctuary does not protect a sinner, nor one who flees with blood, nor one who flees by causing destruction. agreed. And in Al-Bukhari: Al-Khirabah means a crime.
