Hadith #49960
وَعَن حَكِيم بن حزَام قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُوِرَكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا وَإِنْ كَتَمَا وَكَذَبَا مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا»
On the authority of Hakim bin Hazzam, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “A sale for option is as long as they do not separate. If they are honest and explain it, they will be blessed.” In their sale, even if they conceal and lie, the blessing of their sale will be voided.”
