Hadith #49959
On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The two parties who pledge allegiance, each one of them with the option of his neighbour, as long as they do not separate except by selling The option.” And in a narration by Muslim: “If the two parties to sell each other sell it, each one of them has the option of selling it unless They will be separated, or their sale will be at option. If their sale is at option, then it is obligatory.” And in a narration by Al-Tirmidhi: “The two parties will sell at option as long as they do not separate. Or they choose.” And in what was agreed upon: “Or one of them says to the other: Choose “instead” or they choose.”
