Hadith #49987
وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم لعن آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوَكِلَهُ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ وَكَانَ ينْهَى عَن النوح. رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, that he heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, cursing the one who consumes usury, the one who pays usury, the one who writes it, and the one who withholds charity, and he forbade Wailing. Narrated by Al-Nasa’i
