Hadith #50007
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَبِعِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَخْطِبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا أنْ يأذَنَ لَهُ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “A man should not sell on the basis of his brother’s proposal, nor should he propose on the basis of his brother’s proposal unless he gives him permission.” . Narrated by Muslim
