Hadith #50099
On the authority of Saeed bin Zaid, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said: “Whoever revives a dead land, it is his, and no oppressive race has any right.” Narrated by Ahmad, Al-Tirmidhi, and Abu Dawood
It was narrated by Malik on the authority of Urwa with a mursal chain of transmission. Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a hasan ghareeb hadith.
