Hadith #50100
وَعَن أبي حرَّة الرقاشِي عَن عَمه قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «أَلا تَظْلِمُوا أَلَا لَا يَحِلُّ مَالُ امْرِئٍ إِلَّا بِطِيبِ نَفْسٍ مِنْهُ» . رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي شُعَبِ الْإِيمَان وَالدَّارَقُطْنِيّ فِي الْمُجْتَبى
On the authority of Abu Hurra al-Raqashi, on the authority of his uncle, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Are you not unjust? A person’s wealth is not permissible except with his own free will.” Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in Shu’ab Al-Iman and Al-Daraqutni in Al-Mujtaba
