Hadith #50107
وَعَن الْحسن عَن سَمُرَة أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَاشِيَةٍ فَإِنْ كَانَ فِيهَا صَاحِبُهَا فَلْيَسْتَأْذِنْهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهَا فَلْيُصَوِّتْ ثَلَاثًا فَإِنْ أَجَابَهُ أَحَدٌ فَلْيَسْتَأْذِنْهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُجِبْهُ أَحَدٌ فَلْيَحْتَلِبْ وَلْيَشْرَبْ وَلَا يَحْمِلْ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Samurah, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If one of you comes upon livestock, if its owner is among it, he should ask his permission, even if If there is no one in it, let him vote three times, and if someone answers him, let him ask his permission, and if no one answers, let him milk and drink, and not He carries" .
