Hadith #50222
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصَى فِيهِ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّة مَكْتُوبَة عِنْده»
On the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “A Muslim has no right to have something bequeathed for him to stay for two nights.” “Unless there is a will written with him.”
