وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَمَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ والدارمي
On the authority of Samurah, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Any woman whom he marries to a loyalist, it belongs to the first of them, and whoever sells an item of Two men, so it is for the first of them.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, and Al-Darimi.
