Hadith #50582
On the authority of Ibn Abbas: The sister of Uqba ibn Amir, may God be pleased with them, vowed to perform Hajj on livestock, but she could not bear it, so the Prophet said, “Pray May God bless him and grant him peace: “Indeed, God is independent of your sister’s walking, so let her ride and guide a camel.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Al-Darimi, and in a narration By Abu Dawud: Then the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, ordered her to ride and bring a sacrificial animal. In his narration: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Indeed May God not do anything to your sister’s misery, so let her ride and perform Hajj and make up for her oath.”
