وَعَن عَائِشَة أَنَّهَا قَالَت: وَا رأساه قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «ذَاكِ لَوْ كَانَ وَأَنَا حَيٌّ فَأَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكِ وَأَدْعُو لَكِ» فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: وَاثُكْلَيَاهْ وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَظُنُّكَ تُحِبُّ مَوْتِي فَلَوْ كَانَ ذَلِكَ لَظَلِلْتَ آخِرَ يَوْمِكَ مُعْرِسًا بِبَعْضِ أَزْوَاجِكَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم:
" بل أَنا وَا رأساه لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَوْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أُرْسِلَ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَابْنِهِ وَأَعْهَدُ أَنْ يَقُولَ الْقَائِلُونَ أَوْ يَتَمَنَّى الْمُتَمَنُّونَ ثُمَّ قُلْتُ: يَأْبَى اللَّهُ وَيَدْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ أَوْ يَدْفَعُ اللَّهُ وَيَأْبَى الْمُؤْمِنُونَ ". رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Aisha, she said: By his head. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “That would have happened while I was alive, then I would ask forgiveness for you and pray for you.” Aisha said: By God, I think you would love my death. If that had happened, you would have spent the rest of your day celebrating with some of your wives. So he said The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Rather, I, I swear to God, have intended or wanted to send to Abu Bakr and his son, and I swear that those who say will say or wish.” Then I said: God refuses and the believers refuse, or God refuses and the believers refuse.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari
