وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمُؤْنَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ» . مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “My heirs will not divide a dinar of what I have left after the maintenance of my wives and the provisions of my workers.” It is charity.” agreed
