وَعَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ, عَنْ اَلْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو اَلْأَنْصَارِيِّ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ كُسِرَ, أَوْ عُرِجَ, فَقَدَ حَلَّ وَعَلَيْهِ اَلْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ قَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ. فَسَأَلْتُ اِبْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ? فَقَالَا: صَدَقَ } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ, وَحَسَّنَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه أبو داود ( 1862 )، والنسائي ( 5 / 198 - 199 )، والترمذي ( 940 )، وابن ماجه ( 3077 )، وأحمد ( 3 / 450 ) ، وعند بعضهم: " وعليه حجة أخرى " وزاد أبو داود في رواية: " أو مرض ". وقال الترمذي: " حديث حسن صحيح ". قلت: وأعل هذا الحديث بما لا يقدح، كما هو مذكور " بالأصل ". قال البغوي في " شرح السنة " ( 7 / 288 ): " وتأوله بعضهم على أنه إنما يحل بالكسر والعرج إذا كان قد شرط ذلك في عقد الإحرام على معنى حديث ضباعة بنت الزبير ".
On the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Al-Hajjaj bin Amr Al-Ansari - may God be pleased with him - who said: The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: “Whoever is injured or becomes lame, then he is released from the state of ihram and he must perform Hajj the following year.” Ikrimah said: So I asked Ibn Abbas and Abu Hurairah about that. They said: He spoke the truth. It was narrated by the five (Imams), and Al-Tirmidhi graded it as Hasan (good). 1.1 - Sahih (authentic). It was narrated by Abu Dawud (1862), An-Nasa'i (5/198-199), At-Tirmidhi (940), Ibn Majah (3077), and Ahmad (3/450). Some of them added: "And he has another proof." Abu Dawud added in one narration: "Or illness." At-Tirmidhi said: "A good and authentic hadith." I say: This hadith has been criticized for something that does not invalidate it, as mentioned in the original text. Al-Baghawi said in Sharh As-Sunnah (7/288): "Some interpreted it to mean that he is only released from the state of ihram if he had stipulated that in the contract of ihram, based on the meaning of the hadith of Duba'ah bint Az-Zubayr."
