Bulugh al-Maram — Hadith #52839

They have added caution in it that people do not break their fast today until the legal time begins, and when some of them discuss it - even if they are associated with knowledge - you hear something from them that is completely far from evidence, and you can even see excesses, because some of them can stay in the desert and see the sunset with their own eyes, but they only break their fast on the radio, so they break the law. The first is to break the fast and the second is to break the fast on the radio. Except where he is, he performs the call to prayer elsewhere, and I wonder, by God, who forced the Bedouin to break fast according to astronomy in the desert, according to astronomy, that the Bedouin may not have heard at all, and they do not force him to bring the law and say what others say and his name, Bedouin and others can say his name, he said, “If the night comes, the day will come and the day will come. Rely. This is what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his companions and his forefathers made, and for this reason they were in great good.
