Hadith #26791
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَكْثَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ قَابُوسِ بْنِ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لاَ تَصْلُحُ قِبْلَتَانِ فِي أَرْضٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَلَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ جِزْيَةٌ " .
Yahya bin Aktham told us, Jarir told us, on the authority of Qaboos bin Abi Dhabyan, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said And peace be upon him
“Two qiblahs are not appropriate in one land, and there is no tax on Muslims.”
