حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ سَنَّ فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْعُيُونُ أَوْ كَانَ عَثَرِيًّا الْعُشْرُ وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Ahmad bin Al-Hasan narrated to us, Saeed bin Abi Maryam narrated to us, Ibn Wahb narrated to us, Yunus narrated to me, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Salim, on the authority of His father, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he enacted the tenth for what the sky and springs watered, or when it was raining, and for what was irrigated with a sprinkler, half.
