Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #27816

Abu Kurayb told us, Abdah bin Sulaiman told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Amr, Abu Salamah told us, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said the Messenger of God was asked May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, which deeds are best or which deeds are best? He said, “Faith in God and His Messenger.” It was said, “Then what did he say?” “Jihad is the hump of work.” It was said, “Then anything, O Messenger of God.” He said, “Then an accepted Hajj.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good hadith.” It is true and it was narrated through more than one authority, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
