Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29811

Muhammad bin Bashar narrated to us, he said Muhammad bin Ja’far narrated to us, he said Shu’bah narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Amir bin Sa’d, on the authority of Jarir Ibn Abdullah, on the authority of Muawiyah Ibn Abi Sufyan, that he said, I heard him delivering a sermon, saying, “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, died when he was three years old.” Sixty-three, Abu Bakr, Omar, and I am sixty-three years old. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
