حديث الْبَرَاءِ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ (لاَ يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ) دَعَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَيْدًا فَجَاءَ بِكَتِفٍ فَكَتَبَهَا، وَشَكَا ابْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ ضَرَارَتَهُ، فَنَزَلَتْ (لاَ يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ غَيْرُ أُولِي الضَّرَرِ)
The hadith of Al-Baraa, may God be pleased with him, he said: When “Those who sit are not equal among the believers” were revealed, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, called Zaid and he brought a shoulder. So he wrote it down, and Ibn Umm Maktoum complained about his distress, so it was revealed: “Those who sit among the believers are not equal to anyone other than those in need of harm.”
