Hadith #36725
Issam bin Khaled told us, he said: Artat bin Al-Mundhir told us, he said: I heard, meaning Abu Amer Al-Homsi, he said: There was Thawban He says: If two men fight for more than three days, and one of them perishes, and they die while they are in that state as a result of the conflict, they both perish. All of them, and there is no neighbor who oppresses and oppresses his neighbor, until this forces him to leave his house, but he perishes.
