حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ حَرْمَلَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْقُرَشِيِّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ‏:‏ كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا دَخَلَ عَلَى مَرِيضٍ يَسْأَلُهُ‏:‏ كَيْفَ هُوَ‏؟‏ فَإِذَا قَامَ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ قَالَ‏:‏ خَارَ اللَّهُ لَكَ، وَلَمْ يَزِدْهُ عَلَيْهِ‏.‏
Ahmad bin Issa told us, he said: Abdullah bin Wahb told us, on the authority of Harmala, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ali al-Qurashi, on the authority of Nafi’, who said: Ibn When Omar came to see a sick person, he asked him: How is he? Then, when he got up from him, he said: God has chosen for you, and did not add anything more to him.
