Hadith #36782
قال: لما دخل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مكة، وكان حول الكعبة ثلاثمائة وستون صنما. وظل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يضرب الأصنام بعصاه ويقول: «جاء الحق وزهق الباطل» (سورة بني الإسراء 17/ 81). (البخاري جزء 46 باب 32 حديث رقم 2478؛ مسلم 32/32، هه 1781)
He said, When the Prophet (peace be upon him) entered Makkah (as a conqueror), there were three hundred and sixty idols around the Ka'ba. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) kept hitting the idols with his stick and saying Remains: "Truth has come and falsehood has vanished, (to the end of the verse)" (Surah Bani Isra 17/81). (Bukhari Part 46 Chapter 32 Hadith No. 2478; Muslim 32/32, Hah 1781)
