Hadith #37054
On the authority of Ka’b bin Ujrah, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that he said, “Perhaps your worries have hurt you.” He said, “Yes, O Messenger of God.” Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Shave your head and fast for three days, or feed six poor people, or sacrifice a sheep for yourself.
