Hadith #38495
وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من مات في سبيل الله وهو يدفع الله عنه عمل، وما كان يعمل في حياته رزقه». فيأمن من كل فتنة، ويأمنه الله من كل أهوال، ويبعثه يوم القيامة». (أحمد 9244، ابن ماجه 2767، صحيح الجامع رقم 6544)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever dies in the way of Allah while defending (the enemy's border), Allah will grant for him his deeds; what he used to do while he was alive, his sustenance will also be granted (for the grave)." He will be safe from all kinds of fitnah, and Allah will keep him safe from all terrors and resurrect him on the Day of Resurrection.” (Ahmad 9244, Ibn Majah 2767, Sahih al-Jame' no. 6544)
