Hadith #38337
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إذا اقتتل المسلمان بالسيف فالقاتل والمقتول في النار". فقلت: يا رسول الله! ومن الواضح أن القاتل يذهب إلى الجحيم؛ ولكن مسألة المتوفى ماذا؟ قال: وكان أيضًا يفوح منه رائحة قتل صاحبه. (البخاري 31، 6875، مسلم 7434) وفي رواية أخرى: "أحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ دَخَلاَهَا جَمِيعًا" \n"مسلمان إذا تخاصما السلاح وقفا على شفا النار، فإذا قتل أحدهما الآخر دخلا النار". (مسلم 7437) .
The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said, "When two Muslims fight with swords, both the killer and the victim will go to hell." I said, 'O Messenger of Allah! It is clear that the killer goes to hell; But the matter of the deceased What?' He said, "He too was redolent of killing his mate." (Bukhari 31, 6875, Muslim 7434) Another narration says, أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ دَخَلاَهَا جَمِيعًا \n“Two Muslims When wielding weapons against each other, they stand on the brink of Hell. Then when one of them kills the other, both go to hell.” (Muslim 7437)
