Hadith #38640
وَعَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ ﷺ: «إِذَا دَخَلَ الْعَشْرُ وَأَرَادَ بَعْضُكُمْ أَنْ يُضَحِّيَ فَلَا يَمَسَّ مِنْ شَعْرِه وَبَشَرِه شَيْئًا» وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ «فَلَا يَأْخُذَنَّ شَعْرًا وَلَا يَقْلِمَنَّ ظُفْرًا» وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ «مَنْ رَأَى هِلَالَ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ وَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُضَحِّيَ فَلَا يَأْخُذْ مِنْ شَعْرِه وَلَا مِنْ أَظْفَارِه» . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
On the authority of Umm Salamah, she said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “When the ten days have come and some of you want to sacrifice, let him not touch anything of his hair or skin.” And in A narration: “Let them not trim the hair of a nail, nor trim a nail.” And in a narration: “Whoever sees the crescent of Dhul-Hijjah and wants to sacrifice, let him His hair Nor from his nails.
