Mishkatul Masabih # 0/1773
Ibn Abbas (RA)
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللّهِ ﷺ بَعَثَ مُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ: «إِنَّكَ تَأتِىْ قَوْمًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ. فَادْعُهُمْ إِلى شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لَّا إِلهَ إِلَّا اللّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللّهِ. فَإِنْ هُمْ أَطَاعُوْا لذَلِكَ. فَأَعْلِمْهُمْ أَنَّ اللّهَ قَدْ فَرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ فِي الْيَوْمِ وَاللَّيْلَةِ. فَإِنْ هُمْ أَطَاعُوْا لذلِكَ فَأَعْلِمْهُمْ أَن الله قَدْ فَرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَدَقَةً تُؤْخَذُ مِنَ أَغْنِيَائِهِمْ فَتُرَدُّ فِىْ فُقَرَائِهِمْ. فَإِنْ هُمْ أَطَاعُوا لِذَلِكَ. فَإِيَّاكَ وَكَرَائِمَ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَاتَّقِ دَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّه لَيْسَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ الله حِجَابٌ». (مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ)
On the authority of Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, sent Muadh to Yemen and said: “You are coming to a people from the People of the Book. So call them to the testimony that there is no god but God and that Muhammad is the Messenger of God. If they obeyed that. So inform them that God has enjoined upon them five prayers a day. And tonight. If they obey that, then inform them that God has enjoined on them charity that is taken from their rich and given to their poor. If they obeyed that. So beware of the generous amounts of their wealth, and fear the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no veil between it and God.” (agreed)

Mishkatul Masabih # 0/1775
Abu Hurairah (RA)
قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: من آتاه الله مالاً ولم يؤد زكاته، كان ذلك المال ثعباناً أصلع يوم القيامة. هذا الثعبان له عينان سوداوين وستكون هناك ندبات (أي ثعابين سامة). بعد ذلك، ستمسك الأفعى بفك الرجل وتقول: أنا كنزك، أنا كنزك. ثم تلا هذه الآية يعني لا يحسبن الذين يبخلون هو خيرا لهم بل شرا لهم ويوم القيامة ما يبخلون به في أغلال في أعناقهم. (سورة آل عمران 3 : 180) إلى نهاية الآية. (البخاري) [1]
He said, Rasulullah (sallal laahu alaihi wa sallam) said: To whom Allah has given wealth, but he has not paid Zakat on that wealth, that wealth will turn into a bald snake on the Day of Resurrection. This snake has two black eyes There will be scars (ie venomous snakes). After that, the snake will grab the man's jaws and say, I am your treasure, I am your treasure. Then he recited this verse, meaning "Let not those who are miserly think that it is good for them, but rather Bad for them. On the Day of Resurrection, whatever they are stingy with will be chained around their necks." (Surah Al 'Imran 3 : 180) to the end of the verse. (Bukhari) [1]

Mishkatul Masabih # 0/1776
Abu Dharr Al-Ghifari (RA)
قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: من كان له إبل وبقر وماعز فلا زكاة فيها. ويؤتى يوم القيامة بهذه الدواب طازجة وسمينة فيسحقونها بأرجلهم. بأبواقهم جوتوب بعد سحق المجموعة الأخيرة، ستعود المجموعة الأولى مرة أخرى حتى يتم الحساب (وهكذا). (البخاري، مسلم) [1]
He said, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever has camels, cows and goats, he will not pay Zakat on them. On the Day of Resurrection these animals will be brought very fresh and fat and they will crush them with their feet. with their horns Gutobe After the last group is crushed, the first group will come again until the reckoning is done (and so on). Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa (RA)
وَعَنْ عَبْدُ اللّهِ بْنِ أَبِىْ أَوْفى رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا أَتَاهُ قَوْمٌ بِصَدَقَتِهِمْ قَالَ: اللّهُمَّ صَلِّى عَلى الِ فلَانٍ . فَأَتَاهُ أَبِىْ بِصَدَقَتِه فَقَالَ: اللّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلى ال أَبِىْ أوْفى. (مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ)\nوَفِي رِوَايَة: إِذا أَتَى الرَّجُلُ النَّبِيَّ بِصَدَقَتِه قَالَ: اللّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ
On the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Awfa, may God be pleased with them both, he said: Whenever a people came to him with their charity, the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, would say: O God, bless so-and-so’s family. So my father came to him with his charity and said: O God, bless my father’s family in full. (Agreed upon)\nAnd in a narration: When a man brought his charity to the Prophet, he said: O God, bless him

Mishkatul Masabih # 0/1779
Abu Hurairah (RA)
قال: أرسل رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) عمر (رضي الله عنه) ليجمع الزكاة. وجاء أحدهم وذكر أن ابن جميل وخالد بن الوليد والعباس رضي الله عنه رفضوا دفع الزكاة. (سمع هذا) رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم). قال وسلام: امتنع ابن جميل من إخراج الزكاة لأنه كان فقيرا. ثم أغناه الله ورسوله. وأمر خالد بن الوليد أنك تظلمه. إنه سلاحه في سبيل الله وقد أُعطي الوقف (ليس هذا العام فحسب، بل أيضًا) هذا (العام المقبل). ثم هناك قضية عباس. زكاته لهذا العام وما يعادلها على عاتقي. ثم قال: يا عمر! ألا تعلم أن عم الرجل مثل أبيه؟ (البخاري، مسلم) [1]
He said, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) sent Umar (RA) to collect Zakat. Someone came and reported that Ibn Jamil, Khalid Ibn Walid and Abbas (RA) refused to pay Zakat. (Hearing this) Rasulullah (peace be upon him). Wa Sallam) said: Ibn Jamil refused to pay Zakat because (initially) he was poor. Then Allah and His Messenger made him wealthy. And the matter of Khalid ibn Walid is that you are oppressing him. He is his weapon in the way of Allah Waqf has been given (so not only this year but also) this (next year). Then there is the issue of Abbas. His zakat for this year and its equivalent is my responsibility. Then he said, O 'Umar! Don't you know that a man's uncle is like his father? (Bukhari, Muslim) [1]

বাশীর ইবনুল খাসাসিয়্যাহ্
وَعَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ الْخَصَاصِيَّةِ قَالَ: قُلْنَا: أَنَّ أَهْلَ الصَّدَقَةِ يَعْتَدُوْنَ عَلَيْنَا أَفَنَكْتُمُ مِنْ أَمْوَالِنَا بِقَدْرِ مَا يَعْتَدُوْنَ؟ قَالَ: لَا - رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Bashir ibn al-Khasiyah, he said: We said: Those who give charity are attacking us. Have you spared us from our wealth in proportion to what they are attacking? He said: No - narrated by Abu Dawood

Mishkatul Masabih # 0/1787
আমর ইবনু শুআয়ব
وصفه عن جده عن طريق أبيه. قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا تأتي الزكاة بالأربع على الأصل. ولن يبتعد أصحاب الحيوانات ذات الأرجل الأربعة. زكاة هذه الحيوانات لهم ستتعافى جالسة. (أبو داود) [1]
Described from his grandfather through his father. He said, The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Zakat does not bring four-legged animals to the usuler. Nor will the owners of four-legged animals stay away. Zakat of these animals is theirs Will recover sitting in position. (Abu Dawud) [1]

Mishkatul Masabih # 0/1788
Abdullah ibn Umar (RA)
قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: من كان له مال فليس عليه زكاة في هذا المال قبل أن يحول عليه الحول. (الترمذي، وقال جماعة: سند هذا الحديث إلى ابن عمر، لا إلى الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم).[1]
He said, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: Whoever gets wealth, he does not have to pay Zakat on this wealth before one year has passed. (Tirmidhi; a group of people said, the sanad of this hadith is up to Ibn Umar reached, not until the Messenger (may peace be upon him).) [1]

Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA)
قال: سأل العباس رسول الله (ص) هل يمكن إخراج الزكاة قبل تمام الحول؟ فأذن له رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. (أبو داود، الترمذي، ابن ماجه، الدارمي) [1]
He said, ``Abbas (R.A.) asked Rasulullah (S.A.W.) whether it is possible to pay Zakat before the completion of a year. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then gave him permission. (Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Darimi) [1]

Mu'adh (RA)
قال: أمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حين بعث إلى اليمن عاملاً: في كل ثلاثين بقرة بقرة حولين، وفي كل أربعين بقرة زكاة بقرة ذات سنتين. (أبو داود، الترمذي، النسائي، الدارمي) [1]
He said, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave this order when he was sent to Yemen as an administrator, 1 year-old cow for every 30 cows and 1 two-year-old cow for every 40 cows as zakat. (Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Nasa'i, Darimi) [1]

Abu Sa'eed Al Khudri (RA)
قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا تجب الزكاة حتى يكون الحب والتمر خمسة أوساك. (النسائي) [1]
He said, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Zakat is not obligatory until the grain and dates amount to 5 Wasak. (Nasa'i) [1]

আত্তাব ইবনু আসীদ
وَعَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فِىْ زَكَاةِ الْكُرُوْمِ: «إِنَّهَا تُخْرَصُ كَمَا تُخْرَصُ النَّخْلُ ثُمَّ تُؤَدّى زَكَاتُه زَبِيْبًا كَمَا تُؤَدّى زَكَاةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Attab ibn Asid, the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said regarding the zakat on vineyards: “It should be harvested just as palm trees are harvested, then the zakat should be paid on raisins as it is paid.” Zakat on palm dates. ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু মাস’ঊদ-এর স্ত্রী যায়নাব (রাঃ)
وَعَنْ زَيْنَبَ امْرَأَةِ عَبْدِ اللّهِ قَالَتْ: خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: «يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ تَصَدَّقْنَ وَلَوْ مِنْ حُلِيِّكُنَّ فَإِنَّكُنَّ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ جَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ
On the authority of Zainab, Abdullah’s wife, she said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, addressed us and said: “O women, give in charity, even if of your adornments, for you will have more.” The inhabitants of Hell on the Day of Resurrection.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi

Amr Ibn Shuayb (RA)
وروى عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه، عن أبيه عن جده. (ذات يوم) جاءت امرأتان إلى الرسول (صلى الله عليه وسلم). وكلاهما كانا يرتديان أساور ذهبية. فقال الرسول (صلى الله عليه وسلم): وما أنت؟ هل أعطيتهم الزكاة؟ قالوا "لا". قال: أتحب أن يلبسك الله تعالى خاتمين من نار؟ قالوا "لا". ثم قال: فتصدق بهذا الذهب. (الترمذي: قال: هذا الحديث هكذا رواه مُسنة بن صباح رضي الله عنه عن عمرو بن شعيب. ومسنة بن صباح وابن لهيعة [وهو راوي هذا الحديث] ضعيفان. وليس هناك حديث صحيح عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يفعل).[1]
Narrated 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father, his father from his grandfather. (One day) two women came to the Messenger (may peace be upon him). Both were wearing gold bangles. The Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: What are you? Did you give them zakat? They said "No". He said: Do you want Allah Ta'ala (on the Day of Resurrection) to make you wear two rings of fire? They said “no”. Then he said, then give this gold as zakat. (Tirmidhi; He said, this hadith is thus Musannah Ibn Sabbah (RA) narrated from 'Amr Ibn Shu'ayb. And Musanna Ibn Sabbah and Ibn Lahi'ah [who is a narrator of this hadith] are considered weak. And there is no authentic hadith narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him). did not.) [1]

Umm Salamah (RA)
He said, I used to wear gold Awazah (the name of a kind of ornament). قلت يوما يا رسول الله! The gold ornaments and what will be considered as accumulated goods? (Which is feared in the Qur'an?) He said, That which fulfills the Nisab and gives Zakat on it. يصبح مقدسا. Then it is not counted among the accumulated wealth. (مالك، أبو داود) [1]

وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نُخْرِجَ الصَّدَقَةَ مِنَ الَّذِىْ نُعِدُّ لِلْبَيْعِ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Samurah ibn Jundub: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to command us to give zakat from what we prepare for sale. Narrated by Abu Dawood

Rabi'ah ibn Abu 'Abd al-Rahman (RA)
وعن ربيعة بن أبي عبد الرحمن رضي الله عنه عن عدة من الصحابة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أعطى بلال بن الحارث المزني منجما في مكان يقال له القبلية بفرح. ومن تلك المناجم الآن وحتى الآن لا تُجبى إلا الزكاة. (أبو داود) [1]
Rabi'ah Ibn Abu 'Abdur Rahman (RA) narrated on the authority of several Companions that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) gave Billal Ibn Harith Al-Muzani a mining site at a place called Qabaliyyah in Farah. From those mines now Till now only Zakat is levied. (Abu Dawud) [1]

Abdullah ibn Umar (RA)
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ ﷺ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ عَلَى الْعَبْدِ وَالْحُرِّ وَالذَّكَرِ وَالْأُنْثى وَالصَّغِيْرِ وَالْكَبِيْرِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَأَمَرَ بِهَا أَنْ تُؤَدَّى قَبْلَ خُرُوْجِ النَّاسِ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ. (مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ)
On the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, imposed zakat al-fitr, a saa’ of dates or a saa’ of barley, on the slave and the free, the male and the female. And young and old Muslims, and he commanded that it be performed before the people go out to pray. (agreed)

وقال مرة للناس في آخر رمضان: تصدقوا بصيامكم. رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) موعد لكل مسلم، حر ورع، عبد وأسير، ذكر وأنثى، صغير وكبير. والشعير أو نصف قمح العك سا جعل صدقة الفطر فرزا. (أبو داود، النسائي) [1]
Once he said to the people at the end of Ramadhan, give your fasting charity. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) is a date for every Muslim, free and subject, slave and captive, male and female, young and old. And barley or half of wheat of 'Ek Sa' has made Sadaqatul Fitr Farz. (Abu Dawud, Nasa'i) [1]

'Abdullah Ibn Sa'labah Or Sa'labah Ibn 'abdullah Ibn Abu Su'air Was His Father
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللّهِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ أَوْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللّهِ بْنِ أَبِىْ صُعَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ ﷺ: «صَاعٌ مِنْ بُرٍّ أَوْ قَمْحٍ عَنْ كُلِّ اثْنَيْنِ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ حُرٍّ أَوْ عَبْدٍ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثى. أَمَّا غَنِيُّكُمْ فَيُزَكِّيهِ اللّهُ. وَأَمَّا فَقِيرُكُمْ فَيَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِ أَكْثَرَ مَا أعطَاهُ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Abdullah bin Tha’labah, or Tha’labah bin Abdullah bin Abi Su’ayr, on the authority of his father, he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “A saa’ of wheat or Wheat for every two children, young or old, free or slave, male or female. As for your rich man, God will purify him. As for your poor person, he will receive more than what he deserves. He gave it to him. Narrated by Abu Dawood

Anas ibn Malik (RA)
قال: مر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ذات يوم بنخلة ملقاة في الطريق. فقال (عليه السلام) حينئذ: لو لم يكن في هذا التمر زكاة أو صدقة لالتقطته وأكلته. (البخاري، مسلم) [1]
He said, The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was passing by a palm tree lying on the road one day. At that time he (peace be upon him) said: If there was no doubt that these dates would be zakat or charity, I would have picked them up and eaten them. (Bukhari, Muslim) [1]

Aisha (RA)
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ ﷺ يَقَبِّلُ الْهَدِيَّةَ وَيُثِيْبُ عَلَيْهَا. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيُّ
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to accept gifts and reward them. Narrated by Al-Bukhari

Abu Hurairah (RA)
فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ليس الفقير الذي يمد الناس. فيعطونه قبضة أو اثنتين أو تمرة أو تمرتين. بل الفقير هو من لا كرامة له. ولكن من مظهره الخارجي لأن الناس لا يفهمون أنه شخص ظريف. ويمكن أن تعطى له الصدقة. كما أنه لا يستطيع التواصل مع الناس في أي شيء. (البخاري، مسلم) [1]
He said, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: He is not a poor person who reaches out to the people. And they give him a handful or two or one or two dates. Rather, the poor person is the one who has no dignity. But of his outward appearance Because people don't understand that he is a facetious person. Sadaqah can be given to him. And he also cannot reach out to people for anything. (Bukhari, Muslim) [1]

Abu Rafi (RA)
Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) sent a man from Bani Makhjum as a collector of Zakat. While leaving, the man said to Abu Rafi, you also go with me. سوف تحصل أيضًا على جزء منه. Abu Rafi' said, No, Messenger of Allah I cannot go without asking him. فذهب إليه. Asking him for permission to go with him, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Sadaqah is not lawful for us (Bani Hashim). And The slave of any tribe is counted among them (you are our slave). (الترمذي، وأبو داود، والنسائي) [1]

Ubaydullah ibn Adi ibn Khiyar (RA)
وَعَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللّهِ بْنِ عَدِيِّ بْنِ الْخِيَارِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِىْ رَجُلَانِ أَنَّهُمَا أَتَيَا النَّبِيَِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ فِىْ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَهُوَ يُقَسِّمُ الصَّدَقَةَ فَسَأَلَاهُ مِنْهَا فَرَفَعَ فِيْنَا النَّظَرَ وَخَفَضَه فَرَانَا جَلْدَيْنِ فَقَالَ: «إِنْ شِئْتُمَا أَعْطَيْتُكُمَا وَلَا حَظَّ فِيهَا لِغَنِيٍّ وَلَا لِقَوِيٍّ مُكْتَسِبٍ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيّ
