Hadith #38663
قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «ليست قلة المطر بمجاعة حقيقية». بل المجاعة الحقيقية هي أنكم ستستمرون في هطول المطر بعد المطر، لكن التربة لن تنتج الزرع. (مسلم) [1]
He said, Rasulullah (may peace be upon him) said: Lack of rain is not a real famine. Rather, the real famine is that you will continue to receive rain after rain, but the soil will not produce crops. (Muslim) [1]
