Hadith #39046
وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت‏:‏ أنزلت هذه الآية‏:‏ ‏{‏لا يؤاخذكم الله باللغو في أيمانكم‏}‏ في قول الرجل‏:‏ لا والله، وبلى والله‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه البخاري‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: This verse was revealed: {God will not call you to account for what is vain in your oaths} about a man saying: No, by God, and yes, by God. ((Narrated by Al-Bukhari)).
