Hadith #39043
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏"‏لأن يلج أحدكم في يمينه في أهله آثم له عند الله تعالى من أن يعطي كفارته التي فرض الله عليه‏"‏‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏ قوله‏:‏ ‏"‏يلَجّ‏"‏ بفتح اللام، وتشديد الجيم‏:‏ أي يتمادى فيها، ولا يكفر، قوله‏:‏ ‏"‏آثم‏"‏ هو بالثاء المثلثة، أي‏:‏ أكثر إثمًا‏.‏
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “For one of you to insert his right hand into his family is more sinful before God Almighty than to give the expiation that God has imposed upon him.” He is an infidel. His saying: “sinful” is with the triple tha’, meaning: more sinful.
