Hadith #39066
وعن أنس رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏إياك والالتفات في الصلاة، فإن الالتفات في الصلاة هلكة، فإن كان لابد، ففي التطوع لا في الفريضة‏"‏‏.‏‏(‏‏(‏رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن صحيح‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Anas, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to me: “Beware of turning around during prayer, for turning around during prayer is fatal. If it is necessary, then it is in voluntary prayers and not in obligatory prayers.” ((Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and said it is a good and authentic hadith)).
